The tare control machine is a system used to ensure the accurate filling of LPG cylinders. It automatically transfers the tare weight of empty cylinders to the scales on the carousel.
The process works as follows:
1. Tare Reading: The automatic LPG cylinder stopper halts the cylinder on the carousel, allowing the operator to read its tare weight.
2. Tare Data Entry: The operator enters the tare weight read from the cylinder into the control panel of the tare control unit.
3. Data Transfer: The entered tare weight is automatically sent to the scale that will perform the filling.
4. Filling Process: When the cylinder, with its specified tare weight, reaches the scale on the carousel, the filling machine calculates the tare weight + the amount of gas to be filled and starts the filling process automatically.

This system enhances the accuracy of the filling process and enables quick and safe filling without additional operator intervention.

It is a special Electronic Check Scale mounted on the chain conveyor by a special chassis. It is used to control the weights of the filled cylinders. Correctly filled cylinders continue their path. If there are cylinders with weights more or less the desired weight, they cause problems. They are to be separated and sent to Correction Scale
